Description
Barbecuing over an open fire with several barbecue masters, that's what the fire plate is all about. Our fire plates are made of fine-grained steel in Germany and are made for true fire plate fans.
The 80cm fire plate is mounted on a kettle barbecue or a fire barrel together with our support strips. During the first burn-in, the fire plate curves in one direction, now you just have to turn the plate so that excess fat flows into the fire. This curvature ensures perfect grilling results with delicious roasting flavours, without the food stewing in its own juices like in a frying pan, and makes the fire plate so unique.
With a material thickness of 5 mm, the 80 cm grill plates provide the perfect heat and can be used for almost all kettle barbecues. Incidentally, the centre opening of all fire plates is 20 cm and can be extended with many of our self-developed inserts, such as the wok crown or even the pizza box.

Mega zufrieden
Ich bin von der Lieferung und Ablauf sehr begeistert. Das Produkt ist nun eingebrannt und ein erstes grillen ist geplant. Alles schon weiter empfohlen. Danke gerne bald wieder.

die gebe ich nicht mehr her
Ich habe diese Feuerplatte mit dem Wok-Aufsatz und bin schwer begeistert. Selbst mein Mann, der meinte, Feuerplatte, so nen Quatsch brauchen wie nicht, ist nun Feuer und Flamme 😆 Qualität und Verarbeitung sind topp. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Awful look, perfect cooking
Ordered the 80 cm one to fit my brasero. Very quick delivery down to Toulouse. Looks really great, fits perfectly, I was really astonished when I got it from the thickness and weight. Awesome. Taking really nice colors when heated, forms itself to take the right position. Perfect for a nice cooking and sharing event in the Pyrénées.
