Workshop employee - Minijob  

We produce hand-welded stainless steel grates in our grill grate workshop. Each grill is manufactured using the TIG welding process, then ground and polished. Our team in the workshop comprises around 25 people. Your work will begin in our grinding workshop, where you will work on the grates. Over time, we will also teach you the craft of perfect welding - we promise! Best of all, the working hours are very flexible, as is usual with us, and therefore particularly suitable for shift workers.

Wir zeigen dir wie man Edelstahl bohrt, graviert, Stäbe schneidet und am Schluss einen maßgefertigten Grillrost produziert. Alles, was du benötigst, ist handwerkliches Geschick und Motivation. Du wirst Teil eines sympathischen Teams sein, das dich umfassend einarbeitet. Die Wahl deiner Arbeitstage und -zeiten liegt ganz bei dir, wodurch sich dieser Job ideal neben der Kindererziehung eignet.

Werkstatt Mitarbeiter/in - Vollzeit

Du übernimmst viele spannende Aufgaben in unserer Werkstatt. Die komplette Fertigung unserer Grillprodukte umfasst das ganze Schlosser Handwerk, vom Edelstahl WIG-Schweißen über das gravieren von Grillrosten bis zur abschließenden Politur. Und vielleicht bist du auch ein Organisationstalent und kannst neue Mitarbeiter anlernen und Schichtpläne führen. Dich erwartet auf jeden Fall ein freundliches Team mit motivierten Mitarbeitern und jede Menge zu lernen. Natürlich kannst du auch ohne eine Metallerausbildung bei uns als Quereinsteiger starten.
