How do you receive your order?
We usually ship your order with DHL.
Shipments larger than the DHL maximum size of 120x60x60 are sent with GLS.
100cm fire plates are sent by express carrier and in 95% of cases will be with you the next day.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are displayed directly in the shopping basket depending on the size of your order.
Orders to Switzerland and the rest of the non-EU countries
Orders to non-EU countries are exempt from German VAT. If you enter a corresponding delivery address in the order process, German VAT will be deducted from the order amount.
Shipping is free domicile, duty unpaid & untaxed. Import sales tax (Switzerland 8%) and customs clearance fees are payable to the delivery service.
Delivery time
The delivery times are indicated separately for each product.
In special cases (e.g. very complex products or large orders): Delivery within 3 weeks from receipt of payment. In this case, however, we will contact you in advance.
The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
In general, the following delivery times apply:
- Goods in stock: 2-3 working days
- Customised products: 10 working days
- 100cm fire plate: 1 working day
