The large fire plates with a diameter of 80cm and 100cm can be placed on a fire barrel, fire bowl sp;or even a stable ball grill with our matching support strips to prevent slipping. Now a fire can be made in the middle and everyone can grill his meat according to his wishes. The inner area of the plate gets very hot and is suitable for searing meat, but the temperature decreases towards the outside, where the food can be kept warm.
