Description

It's finally here and brings a lot of fun to the fire plate - the bigFlame!

This way of flambéing does not come from us, but from our neighbours, the French, who pour butter over oysters with a hot steel funnel, where it is called flambadou.
We prefer to use flambadou to give our meat or vegetables even more flavour, namely with burning beef fat or pork fat. You can simply use steak cuts that have already hardened a bit, or ask your butcher for beef fat cuts. Klaus Grillt demonstrates this in his video and Lydia from Eine Frau lernt grillen is also very enthusiastic.

Admittedly, it's not the healthiest way to grill, but it's the tastiest, and it definitely makes an impression on your guests. We developed the bigFlame together with bigBBQ, here's some info on it.
