• Stainless steel grade: We only use stainless steel produced in Germany by thyssenkrupp for our grill plates. So we can guarantee that it is also really food safe stainless steel and no Far East stainless steel, of which one does not know the components.
• We only use stainless steel: This ensures that no foreign particles of steel or other materials get into the kerf and the Plancha starts to rust despite stainless steel.
• After cutting, the planchas are elaborately ground and polished. This results in a very smooth surface, which is very important as the meat otherwise sticks quickly.
