Description
Turns the kettle grill into a smoker and keeps the temperature constant for several hours.
Up to 6 hours burning time with one charcoal filling. Perfect for low and slow grilling and pulled pork or ribs become wonderfully juicy. What was otherwise only possible with the minion ring method is so much easier and safer with our kugelsmoker. The professional griller Küstenglut explains the individual steps to you.
Our tip: With beer or wine in the evaporation tray, you get a wonderful flavour note to the meat.
The spare rib holder or the chicken leg holdercan be used on top of the grill when using the kettle smoker.
