The Napoleon Sizzle Zone is installed in two sizes in the various Napoleon gas grills. They are perfect for searing meat very strongly, but they have two decisive disadvantages.
Material used: The grids of the Sizzle Zones are made of cast iron, but this is only suitable for high heat to a limited extent, as it becomes brittle at very high temperatures and starts to rust. In addition, cast iron gets very hot and quickly transfers the heat to the meat, resulting in burnt, unhealthy and bitter spots on the meat;
Wind protection: The sizzle zones are very susceptible to gusts of wind and can go out in a light wind.
