grill grate is manufactured by hand in our workshop in many steps. It is made from a solid stainless steel frame with rotating bars.
On request,your barbecue grill can be personalised with an engraving, which we mill into the frame.
we insert the stainless steel rods individually into the barbecue grill. You determine the thickness of the bars - the thicker the bars, the more stable the grill grate and the more heat it can store.
We have already determined the dimensions in the calculator for the Broil King Sovereign 490 XL, XL 20 and XL 90. However, you are free to choose the bar thickness and the desired engraving according to your wishes.
We also manufacture a divider for the heat zones, flavour rails and a plancha, which is placed on the existing grill grate, for the Broil King Sovereign 490 XL
