Something doesn't fit or you don't like it?
Even though we are constantly improving our product descriptions and images, it sometimes happens that a product does not meet your expectations.
In this case we say: No problem, send it back to us!
Within our voluntary return period of 14 days, you can return the items without any problems. However, in order to process your return smoothly and ensure that the goods are suitable for resale, the following requirements must be met:
- the goods are in their original condition, complete and without signs of use
- the goods are not damaged
- the goods are not soiled
- the goods must be returned in proper packaging
- to save resources, you should ideally return the goods to us in the same box in which you received them

We would like to point out that returns are an additional burden on the environment. For this reason, we call on you to make conscious consumer decisions in advance to avoid returns.

- Stick the shipping label on the outside of the parcel and seal it well.
- As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the purchase amount
- The refund will be made using the same means of payment as at the time of purchase.
You have purchased a product from us and a defect has occurred?
No problem, please complain about damaged or defective items immediately, at the latest within one week.
