How you receive your order
As a rule, we ship your order with DHL or DPD.
We choose the shipping method internally depending on the delivery location, package size, and other factors. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the corresponding tracking number.

Special notes for deliveries to Switzerland:
Delivery is made DAP (delivered at place), unpaid and untaxed. In addition, import VAT (8.1%) and customs processing fees apply:
- DHL: 13 CHF + 3%
- DPD: 18 CHF + 3%
Deliveries to other non-EU countries:
We also deliver these unpaid and untaxed. Depending on the country, import VAT, customs duties, or processing fees may apply. The amount varies by country and delivery service and cannot be specified in advance.
Taxes for international orders
When you enter your delivery address, the local VAT rate of the respective country is automatically applied.

EU deliveries:
The VAT of the delivery country is charged.
With a valid VAT ID, no tax is charged. -
Non-EU countries:
Basically no VAT is charged.
Import duties or processing fees are collected by the respective country or the delivery service upon delivery.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are specified separately for each product. You can see how fast we usually are in this short video.
In special cases (e.g., for very complex products or large orders), delivery can take up to 3 weeks from receipt of payment. In such cases, we will contact you in advance.

The available payment methods depend on the product, delivery country, and order value and will be displayed to you during checkout.
