How you receive your order
We usually ship your order with DHL or DPD.
The shipping method is chosen internally based on delivery location, parcel size and other factors. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.
Shipping costs
Germany: Free shipping from €50, below that €3.90.
France: Free shipping from €250, below that €9.00.
Austria: Free shipping from €250, below that €9.00.
Italy: Free shipping from €250, below that €9.00.
Free shipping from €250 for the following countries:
Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Vatican City, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
All other countries:
Shipping costs depend on parcel size and weight and are shown in the cart.
Special information for deliveries to Switzerland:
We deliver duty unpaid & untaxed. Additional costs apply: import VAT (8.1%) as well as customs handling fees:
- DHL: 13 CHF + 3%
- DPD: 18 CHF + 3%
Deliveries to other non-EU countries:
We also deliver duty unpaid & untaxed. Import VAT, duties or handling fees may apply depending on the country and carrier.
Taxes for international orders
The local VAT rate of the destination country is applied automatically.

The VAT rate of the destination country is applied.
No VAT is charged if a valid EU VAT ID is provided. -
Non-EU countries:
No VAT is charged for exports.
Import duties or handling fees may be charged by the local authorities or the carrier upon delivery.

In special cases (e.g. very complex products or large orders), delivery may take up to 3 weeks after payment. If this applies, we will contact you beforehand.
