Description
With our new development, you can create many interesting and new barbecue options with your kettle barbecue.
- The Grillrost.com Kettle Booster is positioned in the centre of the kettle barbecue and is filled with charcoal. With the deflector plate supplied, you can create a huge indirect area in the kettle barbecue, perfect for grilling chicken pieces with extremely crispy skin.
- Volcano: Thanks to the central funnel shape, the kettle barbecue's ventilation system heats the charcoal to the maximum. Your grill reaches much higher temperatures and turns into a sizzle zone to sear your steak.
- Infrared heat: If our heat funnel is placed upside down, you get a central area in the middle where you can grill a beer chicken, for example. It is browned by the infrared heat and still gets delicious barbecue smoke flavours.
Our heating funnel is edged and hand-welded from solid stainless steel parts. As always, we rely on Made in Germany.
