Description
The fire plate made of 4 mm fine-grained steel is inserted into the 67 kettle barbecue instead of the grill grate. The flames blaze through the centre hole and you can start grilling immediately.
The fire plate curves during the first burn-in. This makes it unique and ensures that fat and meat juices flow into the fire, giving the food a perfect crust without stewing in its own juices.
For smaller barbecues, the 67 fire plate can be placed on the kettle barbecue using the spacers.
