Made in Germany: Our fire plates are manufactured in Germany from durable fine-grain steel. They are mounted on the fire barrel using matching support rails for a secure fit and proper airflow.
Natural dome shape: During the first seasoning, the plate develops a slight dome in one direction. Simply rotate it so excess grease drains into the fire – creating amazing sear marks and roasted flavors, without the food simmering in its own juices like in a pan.
6 mm thickness: With a 6 mm plate (for 100 cm fire plates), you get the ideal balance of fast heat-up and even heat distribution. Perfect for steaks, burgers, vegetables, fish, and everything you love to cook on a plancha-style fire plate.
Smart accessories: For easy handling, we recommend grill spatulas, plus a wok ring or steak insert for added safety and versatile cooking options. Put together your fire plate, fire barrel and accessories – and you’ll have a setup you’ll enjoy using again and again.

Plaque de feu de super bonne qualité, épaisse et fait son poids. Je recommande aux intéressés de prendre directement la petite cheminée qui se positionne au centre de la plaque, cela évidemment que des aliments glissent dans le trou central une fois la plaque chaude.
