Description
Barbecuing together: With a fireplate barbecue, the focus isn’t on a single barbecue master – you all barbecue together over the blazing fire. It is precisely this shared experience that makes a fireplate on the fire barrel so special.
Made in Germany: Our fire plates are manufactured in Germany from robust fine-grain steel. They are mounted on the fire barrel using matching support rails – stable, secure and with a well-designed air supply.
Unique curvature: During the first seasoning, a slight curvature forms in one direction. You rotate the plate so that excess fat drains controlled into the fire – for intense roasted flavours, without the food stewing in its own juices as it would in a frying pan.
Full-surface grilling: This fire plate is deliberately designed without handles. This means the entire grilling surface can be used. Thanks to the enlarged grilling area, you can make optimal use of the whole plate – perfect when grilling for large groups.
5 mm thick: With a material thickness of 5 mm (for 100 cm fire plates), you get the ideal balance between a short heat-up time and even heat distribution. Perfect for steaks, burgers, vegetables, fish and anything else that needs to be cooked until really crispy on a plancha/fire plate.
Handy accessories: For even greater convenience, we recommend barbecue spatulas for working on the griddle, as well as a wok attachment or steak insert to prevent food from falling through and to offer additional grilling options. When you combine the griddle, fire barrel and accessories, you create a setup that you’ll look forward to setting up again at every BBQ.
