Description
Turn your kettle barbecue into a fire plate barbecue. This set includes everything you need for perfect fire plate grilling.
The 80 cm fire plate with matching support strips as well as the flaming stone insert, the wok attachment and the wooden board holder. The set can be used on any kettle barbecue and the fire barrel with the help of the interlocking support strips. Special grooves are also incorporated for the barrel and the 57 Weber kettle barbecue. BBQ world champion Thorsten from BBQPit has already tested the fire plate set on his Weber kettle.
No frills: simply light a fire in the kettle barbecue and place the fire plate with the support strips on the kettle barbecue. The flames blaze through the opening and the meat is grilled in the various temperature zones. The fire plate bulges and fat flows through the opening into the fire. This way, the meat doesn't roast in its own juices, but gets wonderful roasted flavours and still the smoky note typical of barbecues. Hallo. Ich habe eine Frage zum Set "Feuerplatte für Kugelgrill" Habe im Blog gelesen, dass der kugelgrill mindestens einen Durchmesser von 50cm haben sollte. Mein kugelgrill hat 47cm Durchmesser. Passt das auch noch, oder passt da die Halterung für die feuerplatte nicht drauf?Grüße,Daniel
Hallo Daniel, doch hier funktioniert das Feuerplatten Komplettset auch. Die Zähne der Auflageleisten greifen und halten die Platte sicher. Wichtig ist, das der Grill und somit das Untergestell stabil ist. Falls dein Weber schon etwas wacklig ist, helfen hier unsere Kugelgrillbeine. Freundliche Grüße Matthias
